the crown jewel

considering some of the amazing national parks i’ve been to in the past years, knowing that glacier national park was considered the crown jewel of national parks, i was undoubtedly excited to finally make my way here. given my last two parks on this trip was considerably impacted by late snow season, i wasn’t sure how things would fare in this park that was farther north. luckily, the winter season ended at a normal time here and i was able to hit a lot more trails with my travel companion. if more of the park was open, i would have stay here longer but the main road going through glacier wasn’t going to open for another month so the trip was short for just an amazing destination. still, the places i got to go didn’t disappoint and of course it was nice to not have to deal with any crowds for the most part.
